Commission-Only BPO Sales Partner

Our BPO firm is entering the U.S. market and needs revenue-driving muscle. The brief is straightforward: secure new SME clients that will outsource their Customer Support, Data Entry & Management, or IT Support to us and earn an aggressive, recurring commission on every contract you close. Scope of work • Prospect: build and manage a pipeline of U.S. small- and medium-sized businesses that could benefit from outsourced back-office or tech services. • Pitch: present our capabilities, pricing models, and SLAs, adapting the conversation to pain points typical of growth-stage companies—cost control, 24/7 coverage, and scalable headcount. • Close: negotiate terms, shepherd contracts through signature, and hand clients over to our operations team for onboarding. • Report: keep a live CRM updated and send me a concise weekly snapshot of pipeline status, forecast, and feedback from the field. Commission structure Payment is 100 % performance-based. You will receive a fixed percentage of every client’s monthly invoice for the lifetime of the account, paid promptly once we collect. Acceptance criteria 1. At least three signed SME contracts within the first 90 days. 2. CRM kept current with prospect notes, next steps, and probability stage. 3. Smooth handoff documents delivered for each new client (requirements, scope, agreed KPIs). If you already work with U.S. SMEs or have a strong network in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare tech, or similar verticals, you’ll ramp faster and earn sooner. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot (or a comparable CRM), and basic outsourcing cost models will help you hit the ground running. I’ll supply marketing collateral, case studies, and pricing calculators; you bring the contacts and closing skills.
