Commission-Based B2B BD Associate

I’m growing a portfolio of professional services and need an entrepreneurial Business Development Associate who is comfortable working entirely on commission. Your mission is straightforward: bring in new B2B accounts, move them through the funnel, and close the deal. You choose your schedule and location; I measure success by the revenue you generate. Day to day you’ll hunt for prospects, open conversations, qualify interest, run discovery calls, and secure signed agreements. Because we sell exclusively to B2B decision-makers, you should already know how to navigate company hierarchies, tailor value propositions to multiple stakeholders, and keep detailed notes in a simple CRM or spreadsheet so we can track every touchpoint.
