EXISTING APP. Improvements and relaunch, NOT a build from scratch. PHASE 1 (must-have, quote this first): 1. Remove the dating layer: Discovery, swipe, likes, matches, related settings, endpoints and legacy code. Keep auth, IAP, push, real-time infrastructure, users, photos and community data intact. 2. Apply the Figma redesign across the app (~30 screens): consistent UI, animations, haptics, optimized images. 3. Chat upgrade, Telegram-style: group chats with member list, admin roles, kick/mute, and four sections (Tribes, Events, Friends, High Table). 4. Tribes and Events polish: event cover images (required image, auto-crop, stock library), discovery filters, roles and moderation, notification rules. 5. QA on real devices and submission to the App Store and Play Store. PHASE 2 (nice-to-have, quote separately): 6. Prestige milestones: celebration, profile frames by tier, share card. 7. High Table feed ordering with calibration for new profiles and vote weighting. 8. Elite subscription restructure on the existing IAP: voter insights and Top 10 conversations. 9. Performance: caching, fast rankings, 60fps interactions, scalable real-time.
