Power BI Dashboards & Excel Analysis -- 2

My highest priority is to turn raw information from several Excel files and a SQL database into insightful, interactive Power BI dashboards. These dashboards must let management drill from high-level KPIs down to transaction detail, with slicers for dates, regions, and product lines. I also need predictive analysis woven into the visuals—trend projections or time-series forecasts—so the story moves beyond what happened to what is likely to happen next. Clean data is essential, so the work will start with Power Query steps for deduping, type consistency, calculated columns, and relationship building. Even after the model lives in Power BI, I still rely on Excel for quick ad-hoc checks. The cleansed tables therefore have to flow back into worksheets that use advanced formulas such as SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, AVERAGEIF, and AVERAGEIFS. Deliverables • One .pbix file that connects to the Excel folder and SQL database, including all Power Query transformations • At least three interactive, mobile-friendly dashboard pages with DAX measures and predictive visuals • An Excel workbook mirroring the key metrics via the advanced formulas above • A short walkthrough video or live session explaining refresh steps, DAX logic, and extension points Acceptance criteria: every visual refreshes error-free when new data lands in the Excel folder or database; forecasts stay within ±5 % of back-tested values; no hard-coded paths in the model.
