US-Based Social Media Manager for Wellness Brand

Hello, I am the founder of L’Essentiel de Maryline, a French brand specializing in natural wellness solutions, offering eBooks and online courses. As part of our international development, I am looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who MUST be based in the United States, with an excellent understanding of the US market and English-speaking audiences. Our main priority is the United States, while also developing our presence in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Budget: €950 per month. This role is not simply about publishing content. I am looking for someone who can actively develop our social media accounts, grow a qualified audience, increase followers and engagement, build a real community, and progressively turn this audience into website traffic and sales. I will provide approximately 30 videos per month, already created and translated into English, for publication and optimization across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for optimizing hooks, captions, CTAs and hashtags; checking that the English sounds natural for a US audience; making simple video adjustments when necessary, including 1080 × 1920 vertical formatting; linking each relevant video to the appropriate Shopify eBook or online course; actively growing followers and engagement; interacting with the community where appropriate; and analyzing performance to continuously improve the strategy. Some previously published English videos may also be reused when they have good potential but previously received limited visibility. In such cases, I would expect them to be repositioned with a stronger hook, caption, CTA, targeting and Shopify link. My objective is to build a genuine commercial funnel: Content → Visibility → Qualified Followers → Engagement → Shopify Clicks → Purchases Success will therefore not be measured only by views. I will also pay close attention to follower growth, quality of engagement, audience retention, Shopify traffic, conversions and ultimately sales. Candidate Requirements The candidate must currently reside in the United States and have proven experience growing social media accounts and building US audiences. I am looking for someone who is proactive, strategic and responsive, not someone who simply follows a posting calendar.
