Please preserve the structure exactly as it appears on the page, turning each section into concise bullet points or lists where appropriate. Use Times New Roman throughout—12-pt for body text and larger sizes only if a heading on the original page genuinely calls for it. The final deliverable is one clean, proof-read .docx file that mirrors the content and order of the original notes, ready for me to review and print.
