South African Outbound Sales SDR

I need a South African-based SDR, preferably sitting in KZN, to take full ownership of outbound cold-calling into the UK trades sector (think plumbers, electricians, landscapers and similar service providers).

The role

is 100 % remote, all dialler and CRM licences are on me, and during the training phase you earn a straight £35 commission for every new paying client you book. With our proven script most reps comfortably secure two to three conversions a day, so your earnings scale quickly. Your day will revolve around high-energy cold calls, logging concise notes in the CRM and slotting confirmed demos straight into my calendar. No email cadences or social-media prospecting are required right now; voice calls are where this market responds best. You’ll thrive here if you bring: • Excellent communication skills – a confident, friendly phone manner is essential • Proven sales experience – ideally outbound, but any closing background works • Ability to work independently – you organise your hours and hit the targets without hand-holding Key deliverables • Minimum two qualified, calendar-booked demos per day • Accurate, same-day CRM updates on every prospect called • End-of-week pipeline report highlighting wins, losses and next steps If you’re ready to convert eager UK tradespeople from your home office in South Africa, let’s talk and get you live on the dialler.
