Career launch Insta page

Here is a job post you can paste into Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer or similar sites. Replace the items in [brackets]. --- **Title:** Short-Form Video Editor for AI Avatar Career Reels (Instagram), Ongoing Work **Description:** I'm launching an Instagram page that publishes a one-minute career video every day for people from non-tech backgrounds (civil, mechanical, electrical, BCom, BA and others). Each video explains a career option, what to learn, and ends with a small daily challenge. I'm looking for an editor to produce these videos from my scripts using an AI avatar of me (I will own and control the avatar account). **What you'll do:** - Generate videos from my scripts using my AI avatar (HeyGen, Synthesia or similar; I will give you access or the generated clips) - Edit into vertical 9:16 Reels, 30 to 60 seconds each - Add bold, easy-to-read captions, simple b-roll or graphics, and background music (royalty-free) - Create a cover image for each video - Deliver the final files plus a short caption and hashtag set - Follow one consistent template across all videos **What I'll provide:** - Scripts (about 120 words each) - Brand colors, fonts and a sample style - Feedback within 24 hours **Volume:** - Paid trial: 5 videos - If it works: [3-4 / 5-7] videos per week, ongoing - Delivery: [within 48 hours of receiving scripts] **Requirements:** - Proven experience with short-form video (please share samples of Reels, Shorts or TikToks) - Experience with AI avatar tools is a strong plus - Good caption styling and pacing; knowledge of Hindi or English captions [specify] - Reliable communication and on-time delivery **Important terms:** - I own the final videos and my avatar. The avatar, recordings and my likeness may not be used for any other purpose or shared with anyone - Videos will be labelled as AI-generated - Payment in milestones; trial first, then ongoing **To apply, please send:** 1. 2-3 samples of similar short videos 2. Your price per video for 30-60 second Reels (and a discount for a monthly package, if any) 3. Your turnaround time per video 4. Tools you use 5. One thing you'd improve about a career-education Reel you've seen **Budget:** [leave open and ask for quotes, or write "Please quote your best rate"] --- **Tips for getting useful quotes** - Asking for the price per video makes bids easy to compare. - Shortlist 3 to 5 freelancers and give each the same test script, ideally paid, so you compare real work. - Be cautious of anyone who guarantees "viral" results or asks for full payment upfront. - Don't share your original face and voice recordings until you've agreed terms in writing. I can also write the test script (one 60-second episode) to send to your shortlisted freelancers, if you'd like.
