Experienced Android/AOSP System Engineer needed

Build HASH (#) OS — a new smartphone operating system by Fly Frisson. We need an experienced Android/AOSP system engineer to build our first bootable prototype on real smartphone hardware. The work includes building AOSP from source, device bring-up, Linux/kernel and HAL integration, Android Framework/system services, a custom HASH launcher and system UI, HASH branding, Android app compatibility, and Rust-based native components where practical. The long-term goal is to progressively develop HASH's own system technologies rather than remain simply an Android skin. We are looking for someone interested in long-term technical collaboration and ownership, not just a one-off freelance task. Please provide your AOSP, custom ROM, Linux, Android platform, device bring-up and Rust experience.
