CPA Annual Financials & Audit

I need a licensed CPA to compile and audit a full set of annual financial statements—Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement—and issue a signed audit letter that I can include in an upcoming request-for-proposal (RFP) submission. Scope The bank and credit card statements for 2024 and 2025 are available. The balance sheet, income statement and cashflow statements have not been created. This is for a very small professional services company without any employees. The tax returns are available as well. You will review the underlying data, perform standard audit procedures in accordance with GAAS, and deliver GAAP-compliant statements for the most recent fiscal year. Any adjusting entries must be documented and approved before posting. Deliverables • Audited Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement (PDF + editable Excel) • Management representation letter template for my signature • Final CPA audit letter on firm letterhead, signed and dated • Brief memo summarizing key findings and any material weaknesses This is needed by 5PM TODAY 9/22. This is for a Request for Proposals Acceptance Criteria Statements tie out to the trial balance, foot properly, and the audit letter contains an unmodified opinion unless we agree otherwise in writing.
