Full-Stack Developer for Web Platform

We're looking for an experienced independent Full-Stack Developer to build a complex, bilingual web platform with a public website, application workflows, dashboards, and an admin panel. Required Experience: Min. 3 years of full-stack development experience. Proficiency in React/Next.js and Node.js, Python, .NET, or equivalent. Experience with APIs, databases, authentication, and cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure). Familiarity with multilingual applications, Arabic RTL layouts, and secure development. Experience building complex web applications with multiple user roles and workflows. Project Scope: End-to-end frontend and backend development. Bilingual (Arabic and English) responsive website and web application. Authentication, user profiles, dynamic forms, and multi-stage workflows. Admin dashboards, CMS, reporting, and analytics. Notifications, messaging, digital contracts, and third-party integrations. Testing, deployment, and technical documentation. Potential iOS and Android app development using a hybrid framework such as Flutter (quoted separately). Engagement & Application Project-based freelance engagement.
