Courier Service App Like Uber (please mention time needed to built as well)

I’m launching a same-day courier service across the UK that moves only small parcels in our fleet of Minis. To run the operation smoothly I need a full Android and iOS application split into two experiences—one for customers, one for drivers—built around an Uber-style model with live dispatching and tracking. Customer app – must provide: • Real-time vehicle tracking • Package scheduling (on-demand or in advance) • Integrated payment gateway for card and wallet options • Automatic distance- and time-of-day-based price calculation shown before checkout Driver app – must provide: • Turn-by-turn navigation assistance to each stop • Ability to accept multiple runs in succession • Earnings dashboard with daily and weekly summaries • Customer rating & feedback after each delivery • Mini cars only be able to register to the APP • Option to offer 5% exta income if they stick 2 little stylish stickers on the car Both apps (built in one, customers' and drivers' side and login) should share a single back-end so that bookings, routing, pricing and payments stay perfectly in sync. Push notifications, SMS or email updates at key delivery milestones are important to keep all parties informed. A lightweight web admin panel for user management, fare rules and basic analytics would round out the build. Native or a high-performance cross-platform stack (Flutter, React Native or similar) is fine as long as the end result is fast, reliable and App Store / Play Store ready. Clean, modern UI that reflects our brand and works just as well on a phone held in one hand is essential.
