Once the paperwork is cleared, I also want a concise yet robust sales contract prepared. The agreement must contain a clearly written Payment terms clause that protects both parties and meets Pakistani property and contract law standards. What I expect back: • A written report (1–2 pages) highlighting any red flags, missing documents, or recommended corrections in the property file. • A clean, ready-to-sign sales contract delivered in both Word and PDF, with the Payment terms section drafted to my specifications and any other standard protections you deem advisable. I welcome suggestions on additional clauses such as dispute resolution or confidentiality if you feel they would strengthen the agreement, but they are optional.
