I need support executing a series of WhatsApp outreach campaigns aimed exclusively at new leads. I will supply the contact list, message copy, and basic scheduling guidelines; your role is to handle the sending process from your desktop or WhatsApp Business Web, ensure each prospect receives the correct message, and track delivery or reply status in a simple spreadsheet that we share in real-time. You should already be comfortable with WhatsApp Business features such as broadcast lists, quick replies, and label management so the flow stays efficient and compliant with WhatsApp’s policies. Fluency in written English is important because you may need to adapt a greeting or personalise a first line before sending. Deliverables • All assigned messages sent within the agreed daily window • Shared tracker updated with date, time, and any prospect responses • Daily summary note highlighting positive replies, opt-outs, or technical issues If you can start promptly and keep a consistent pace until the contact list is complete, let’s move forward.
