International Design & Sales Agents – Apparel, Home & Lifestyle Sourcing ### Project Overview InLeague Sourcing is an India & Bangladesh-based sourcing and manufacturing company working with international buyers, brands and retailers. We are looking to develop a network of independent Design & Sales Agents / Business Development Partners across: Europe | Russia | USA | Canada | UK | South America | Japan | Australia The objective is to connect with established fashion brands, retailers, buying offices and importers looking for reliable sourcing and manufacturing partners from India and Bangladesh. ### What We Are Looking For We are particularly interested in professionals who already have: * Strong contacts with fashion/apparel brands and retailers * Relationships with buying or sourcing teams * Experience in fashion, apparel, home products or lifestyle categories * Product/design knowledge and an understanding of market trends * Ability to identify customer requirements and develop relevant product opportunities * Strong business-development and negotiation skills ### Product Categories Our sourcing capabilities include: Apparel & Fashion: * Women's, Men's & Kids' wear * Knitwear & Wovens * Fashion accessories Home & Lifestyle: * Home textiles * Home décor * Handcrafted products * Bags and lifestyle products ### The Role The agent will be responsible for: 1. Identifying relevant brands/buyers in their market. 2. Introducing InLeague and opening new business conversations. 3. Understanding the buyer's product and sourcing requirements. 4. Coordinating with our India/Bangladesh teams for product development and presentations. 5. Supporting communication and follow-up through the sampling and order process. 6.
