Aluminum Outdoor Furniture Manufacturing Drawings

I have three product lines—chairs, tables and loungers—that are ready to move from concept to production. You will receive my sketches, material specifications and full dimensional measurements for each piece; what I need back are clean, workshop-ready manufacturing drawings in a format my fabricator can load straight into their CNC workflow. The frames are all aluminium, so please make sure your drawings respect common extrusion sizes, bend radii and weld allowances for that material. Exploded views, part lists with cut lengths and hole locations, and any specialty jig or fixture suggestions are essential for a smooth hand-off. I work in SolidWorks but can accept STEP or DXF if you prefer another CAD package. When you respond, focus on your direct experience creating production drawings for metal furniture or similar structural products. A brief note on projects you have taken from concept to shop floor is more valuable to me than a full proposal deck. I’ll review portfolios as they come in and select the freelancer who can deliver precise, fabrication-ready files and spot manufacturability issues before they reach the factory.
