Our email marketing is already established and currently generates thousands of dollars in sales each week. We want someone who can take ownership of the channel and help us grow this significantly. What You’ll Be Doing * Plan, create and send email campaigns * Build and optimise automated email flows * Improve abandoned cart, welcome, post-purchase and win-back automations * Segment customers for more targeted campaigns * Write conversion-focused email copy * A/B test subject lines, offers, content and send times * Improve email revenue, conversion rates and customer retention * Monitor deliverability and list health * Grow our subscriber database * Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations What We’re Looking For You must have proven eCommerce email marketing experience. We’re particularly interested in freelancers who can demonstrate: * Previous eCommerce email results * Revenue generated through email * Experience growing an established email account * Strong automation/flow experience * Customer segmentation experience * Strong copywriting and conversion skills * Ability to analyse data and identify opportunities independently Payment Hourly rate + performance commission. In addition to your hourly rate, we are offering a 2–5% commission based on performance, giving you the opportunity to earn significantly more as you grow our email marketing revenue.
