Scooter Quality Control Specialist Needed

I manage a motorcycle plant in Pakistan and I’m ready to bring in a hands-on expert who can tighten up our quality control for the scooter line. Day to day you will walk the production floor, run mechanical and visual checks, and fine-tune the machinery settings that most affect final fit and finish. Your eye for consistent welds, paint depth, torque specs, and component tolerances should already be second nature from similar two-wheel projects. I’m particularly interested in candidates who can spot recurring defects early, trace them to a root cause, and work side-by-side with technicians to correct tooling or process parameters on the spot. Familiarity with the standard gauges, calipers, and test rigs used in scooter manufacturing will help you slot in quickly. If you have experience setting up or auditing ISO-style documentation, that’s a plus, but the priority is practical, shop-floor problem solving. When you reply, attach examples of past work that show measurable improvements you achieved—photos, short case notes, or before/after defect rates are ideal. I don’t need a long proposal; real results speak for themselves. Once onboard, you’ll start with a short diagnostic pass through the plant, deliver a concise action report, and then help implement the fixes we agree on.
