Monthly Zoho Books & Tax Filings

I keep my entire bookkeeping in Zoho Books and need an experienced hand to stay on top of it every month. Your core job is to log in, tidy up the ledgers, and make sure every transaction from the bank feed is properly reconciled so my books stay audit-ready at all times. Each month I also want the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash-Flow Statement generated straight out of Zoho Books, double-checked, and saved in the shared folder. These numbers must tie back perfectly to the bank statements and, ultimately, to the figures that will go into my Income-Tax Returns, so accuracy is critical. At year-end you will roll everything up for CA review, prepare the final statutory reports, and ensure the books align with the ITR filings before we press submit. If something doesn’t match you’ll trace it, fix it, and document the adjustment so the audit trail is clean.
