Photorealistic Restaurant 3D Model

I’m preparing a presentation package for a new commercial restaurant / café and need a full-scope, photorealistic 3D model that captures both the exterior architecture and the complete interior fit-out. My architect will supply the latest floor plans, elevations and material schedules; your job is to translate those into a visually striking, true-to-spec digital space. I’m expecting realistic lighting, physically-accurate materials, and detailed furnishings so the final stills and walkthroughs feel production-ready. You’re welcome to choose your preferred toolset—Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion, Unreal, SketchUp + Enscape—so long as the output meets these deliverables: • Fully textured, photorealistic 3D model (native file + FBX/OBJ) • 6–8 high-resolution static renders showing key interior and exterior views • Short camera fly-through (optional but appreciated if your workflow allows) The model should be cleanly organised (named layers, linked textures) and match the provided drawings within reasonable tolerance so it can drop straight into future marketing and VR pipelines.
