What we need: Understanding of the Singapore property buyer Marketing strategy and positioning for residential projects Insight into local channels, platforms and what actually converts here Requirements: Must be based in Singapore. Applications from outside Singapore will be rejected. Singapore citizen or PR Background in real estate, marketing, or both Comfortable working with an early-stage company Budget: USD 1,000 to start. If it works out and the projects scale, this becomes a longer engagement worth upward of USD 2,000/month.
