Monthly QuickBooks Bookkeeping Support

My books are already set up in QuickBooks Online; what I need now is someone who can step in each month, keep them perfectly current, and hand back clean, reconcilable reports. Scope of work • Enter and code all incoming and outgoing transactions, staying on top of both accounts payable and receivable. • Reconcile every bank and credit-card account against the monthly statements so balances in QuickBooks match the bank to the cent. • Flag any discrepancies or missing paperwork right away so I can supply the information without delays. Timing & cadence On the first business day after each month-end I will upload statements and any extra backup you need. I would like the reconciliation completed, reports generated, and any questions sent back within five working days. Deliverables 1. Reconciled QuickBooks file (all accounts “green” and balanced) 2. Aged receivables and payables reports in PDF 3. Monthly reconciliation report showing outstanding items, if any I’m happy to answer questions about my current chart of accounts or provide sample exports so you can estimate the time needed per month.
