PHP Corporate Website Development

I’m ready to have our new corporate site built entirely in PHP so we can keep full control of the codebase without relying on a hosted platform. The build should feel clean and modern on the front-end while giving us straightforward admin screens to manage content. Core features I need implemented: • Contact form that validates input and emails the right department • Searchable, profile-style employee directory pulled from a MySQL database • Dynamic news feed I can publish, edit, and archive in seconds • A listings section for our services that I can expand or reorder at any time Please code the back-end in PHP (a lightweight framework such as Laravel or CodeIgniter is fine if it speeds things up) and use standard tools like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap on the front-end so the site is fully responsive. Hand over the full source, database schema, and a short deployment guide so my in-house team can maintain it going forward.
