All-in-One Salon SaaS Suite

I’m building a subscription-based SaaS that helps salons and beauty clinics run every aspect of their business from one place. The platform must be available as a web app plus companion mobile apps for both iOS and Android so owners, staff, and clients always have the same live data at their fingertips. Core workflow • Appointment scheduling with real-time availability, service duration rules, and automated reminders • Client management that stores profiles, visit history, formulas/notes, and marketing consent • Inventory tracking that counts retail and back-bar products, sends low-stock alerts, and links consumption to each appointment Role-based access Admin users configure services, prices, and staff permissions; Staff manage their own calendars and sales; Customers book, reschedule, and pay from the app or a branded booking widget we can embed on any website. Tech expectations I’m open on stack, but I want a modern, scalable back end (think Node, Laravel, or similar) with a relational database and a clean REST/GraphQL API so the mobile team can work in parallel. React, Vue, or Angular on the web side, and Flutter or React Native for the mobile apps would be ideal so we share as much code as possible. Payment processing (Stripe), push notifications, and basic reporting dashboards should be included. Deliverables 1. Multi-tenant web application deployed to cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) 2. Native or cross-platform apps signed and ready for App Store & Play Store submission 3. API documentation and basic test suite 4. Source code in a private Git repo with clear setup instructions Acceptance criteria will be a live demo environment where I can create a salon, add staff, list products, and complete a full booking-to-checkout flow on both mobile and web without errors.
