Engaging YouTuber for Children's Mythology Channel

I am looking for someone who can help me create engaging YouTube videos and Shorts based on scripts that I provide. I am planning to create a children's storytelling channel focused on Indian mythology, starting with the Ramayanam. I need someone who can handle the complete video creation process, including AI-generated visuals, character consistency, video editing, voiceover integration, background music, thumbnails, and creating engaging Shorts from the main episode. My most important requirement is **character and visual consistency**. The same characters should maintain a consistent appearance throughout the video and across future episodes. I am also looking for someone who understands YouTube storytelling and audience engagement, including: • A strong hook at the beginning of the video and Shorts • Engaging pacing suitable for children • Visually appealing and cinematic storytelling • Attractive, clickable YouTube thumbnails • Shorts with strong hooks and engaging storytelling For the initial trial project, I will provide the Episode 1 script. I would like: • 1 complete YouTube video based on the script • 3–5 engaging Shorts created from the episode • A thumbnail for the YouTube video • Consistent character designs throughout all videos Before proceeding with the full project, I would like to understand your workflow for maintaining character consistency and see examples of similar work you have done.
