All documents align on defined terms, liability caps and governing law. 2. Compliance sections cite the specific provisions of DPDP, GDPR/UK GDPR and key US state statutes. 3. Language is plain-English, audit-ready and shows clear distinction between processor and controller obligations. 4. Internal counsel sign-off plus a single revision round included.
