Client-Facing Specialist for Tech Team

Client Communication & Coordination Specialist Fully Remote | Part-Time | $20–$50/hour We are looking for a client-facing professional who can communicate confidently with clients and clearly present our ideas, requirements, and proposals in English.

Requirements

C1-level or higher verbal English proficiency. Excellent spoken English with the ability to communicate ideas clearly, naturally, and confidently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand our ideas and requirements and explain them accurately to clients. Comfortable communicating with clients through meetings, calls, and written communication. Programming knowledge or software development experience is a big bonus. Candidates with a technical background will be strongly preferred, as this will help with understanding and communicating technical concepts. Professional, reliable, and comfortable representing our team when communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

Communicate directly with clients on behalf of our team. Clearly explain our ideas, proposals, requirements, and expectations in English. Translate technical or complex ideas into clear, easy-to-understand communication for the client. Make sure client feedback and requirements are accurately communicated back to our team. Participate in client meetings and discussions. Help ensure smooth communication and alignment between our team and the client. Important Note This is not a software development position. You will not primarily be responsible for writing code. However, a strong understanding of programming, software development, or technical concepts is a major advantage and will make you much more effective in this role.
