I am ready to streamline my billing flow and need a Make.com scenario that automatically issues invoices the moment a purchase is completed on my e-commerce platform. The scenario has to pull three kinds of data—customer information, product details, plus all billing and payment information—map them correctly, and generate a polished PDF invoice without manual involvement. Here is what I expect as the finished work: • A Make.com blueprint (or live scenario) that watches the checkout event from my store, collects the payload, and creates an invoice instantly. • Field-by-field mapping so every customer, product, tax, and payment value lands in the right spot on the document. • A reusable invoice template (HTML, Google Docs, or Make’s native module—whatever you find most robust) that can be styled later without touching the logic. • Simple guidance—screen share, short video, or concise doc—showing how to turn the scenario on/off, tweak a field, and add future e-commerce triggers if needed. Acceptance criteria: 1. A test order in the shop triggers an invoice within seconds. 2. The PDF shows correct customer name, address, item lines, totals, and payment method. 3. All modules stay inside my Make.com account and run with standard plan limits—no extra paid add-ons. If you have already connected carts, CRMs, or payment gateways in Make, you will understand the edge cases (failed payments, partial refunds, etc.) and can keep the flow stable.
