IT Supervisor

This IT

Supervisor role is a core local management position for the company’s Brazil

site information technology business. The incumbent will assist the China

regional IT leader in overall management of on-site IT affairs, including data

center operation, network maintenance, information security, business software

system management and desktop operation & maintenance. This position is

responsible for leading the local Brazilian IT team, optimizing team workflow,

standardizing daily delivery, building positive team culture, and fully

adapting to the working rhythm and management model of Chinese enterprises to

ensure stable, efficient and standardized operation of on-site IT

infrastructure and team work.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

1. Overall

IT Affairs Management：Assist the Chinese IT management team in fully undertaking the daily

operation and management of Brazil site’s data center, network system,

information security system, business software system and employee desktop

operation & maintenance, ensure zero major IT failures and stable operation

of all IT facilities.

2. Team

Daily Management & Delivery Supervision：Take charge of the daily work

arrangement, task allocation, progress tracking and result acceptance of the

local Brazilian IT team; supervise team daily work delivery, solve on-site IT

problems in a timely manner, and guarantee the smooth progress of all IT work.

3. Workflow

Construction & Optimization：Sort out existing team working modes, establish standardized, systematic

and standardized IT operation and maintenance workflows and management

mechanisms; continuously optimize work processes, improve team operation

efficiency and reduce operational risks.

4. Cross-regional

Communication & Coordination：Conduct daily direct efficient communication with Chinese regional IT

management personnel, synchronize on-site IT situation, report work progress,

feedback existing problems, and cooperate with China team to complete IT

project implementation and daily operation guarantee.

5. Team

Culture & Capacity Building：Assist in building a positive, efficient and collaborative local IT team

atmosphere; guide team members to improve professional capabilities,

standardize work behaviors, and enhance team cohesion and executive force.

6. IT Risk

Control & Standard Implementation：Follow the company’s unified IT management specifications, implement

information security management requirements, standardize equipment access,

account permissions, data management and other work, and avoid IT security and

management risks.

Requisitos e qualificações

1. Language

Competency (Mandatory)：Fluent oral and written English. Must be able to conduct barrier-free,

accurate and professional direct communication with Chinese management leaders

on daily work, project progress, problem analysis and work reporting.

2. Logical

& Structured Thinking (Key Competency)：Possess excellent expression ability

and rigorous logical thinking capability; have prominent structured thinking

habits. Daily work communication, problem sorting and work reporting are clear,

hierarchical and organized, and be good at sorting out work and problems in the

logic of first, second, third and other dimensional levels.

3. Professional

Technical Experience (Mandatory)：Have rich practical experience in at least one core IT field: Data

Center operation and maintenance, Network architecture & maintenance,

Information Security management, Business Software System operation and

management. Candidates with cross-field comprehensive experience are highly

preferred.

4. Management

Experience：Have formal

team management experience, be familiar with IT team daily operation and

management modes; able to quickly adapt to the working rhythm, management

system and corporate culture of Chinese enterprises. Candidates with large

enterprise service experience or large-scale team management experience are

preferred.

5. Comprehensive

Quality：Strong

executive ability, on-site problem-solving ability and cross-team coordination

ability; rigorous and responsible in work, good at summarizing and optimizing

work processes, able to stably lead local teams to complete various IT work

indicators.

6. Education

& Working Years：Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Network Security and other related majors; Experience of IT team management

experience in enterprise on-site operation and maintenance scenarios.

Preferred

Qualifications

•

Experience working in Chinese-funded enterprises or foreign large-scale

manufacturing/industrial enterprises;

• Possess

professional certificates in network, information security, data center

operation and maintenance;

• Familiar

with Brazil local IT industry norms, labor management rules and on-site

operation and maintenance characteristics;

• Rich

experience in cross-cultural team communication and management.
