This is a commission-only role, and we are upfront about that because it suits a certain kind of person: someone who would rather earn uncapped from results than sit on a small salary. If you can hold a friendly conversation with a plumber, a clinic owner or a builder and get them curious, you will do well here. What you would be doing Working through warm lists of UK business owners who have already heard of us, plus fresh prospects we supply. Reaching out by phone, email and LinkedIn to start conversations, using the scripts and the personalised audits we give you. Booking qualified calls into Andrew's diary, or closing them yourself if you have the experience and want the bigger commission. Keeping simple notes so nobody gets contacted twice. What you get £20 for every qualified call that turns up, paid whether or not it closes. £250 for every client who signs, on top, uncapped. Good months are genuinely good. Warm leads, proven scripts, and a tool that shows each prospect exactly why they need us, so you are never cold-calling blind. Full flexibility. Work your own hours, from anywhere, part or full time. Realistic earnings of £25,000 to £45,000 in year one, uncapped, and more if you close. Who this is for You can talk to people and you are not afraid of the phone. You are self-motivated and organised enough to work without someone standing over you. Any sales, setting, recruitment or telemarketing background is a bonus, but attitude beats a CV here.
