I’m expanding my consulting practice and want a motivated sales partner who can turn qualified leads into paying clients. Every time you close a deal you receive a straight-forward 30 % commission, so if you consistently bring in business you can realistically clear well above ₹1 lakh each month—there’s no cap. Here’s how we’ll work together • You source or nurture prospects, introduce our consulting offer, handle objections, and finalize the engagement. • I provide service overviews, case studies, pricing tiers, and join key calls when technical depth is required. • We track the entire pipeline in a shared CRM so payouts are transparent; commissions are released as soon as the client’s first invoice is settled. Deliverables I need from you 1. Weekly pipeline update exported from the CRM. 2. Signed consultancy agreements or invoice confirmations for each closed sale. 3. A brief hand-off note outlining client goals so delivery starts smoothly. Success criteria • At least three new paid engagements in the first 30 days. • Average deal value remains within the quoted range (details shared after hire). • Clear, professional communication that reflects well on the brand.
