iOS Ports for Two React Apps

Acceptance criteria 1. Both apps install on iOS 13+ devices, run on iPhone and iPad, and match Android feature-for-feature. 2. Barcode scanning, notifications, and the stated medical workflow screens operate without crashes or layout issues. 3. Apple’s review guidelines are met and each app is approved for public release.
