Is this your business?US$ 250 – US$ 750 per project
We're a logistics company, and we need a clear client handbook that explains how our services work. This is a one-time project, not ongoing work. The handbook will be used by new clients who have never shipped internationally before. It should explain, in plain language, what happens from pickup to delivery: how a shipment is booked, what documents are needed, how customs clearance works, what the customer needs to do at each stage, what can cause delays, and who to contact when something goes wrong. It should also include a short section on tariffs and what affects the price. We have the raw material: internal process notes, examples of client emails, and a list of the most common questions our support team receives. What we don't have is a clear, well-structured document that a client can actually read and understand. What we need from you: A handbook of roughly 20–30 pages in English, written in plain language for non-specialists. A clear structure with sections, short paragraphs, and a table of contents. Simple diagrams or tables where a process is easier to show than to describe, such as the shipment journey or the customs steps. A short FAQ section based on the questions we provide. One round of revisions after our feedback. What matters to us: clear writing for people outside the industry, accurate structure, and the ability to turn messy internal notes into something readable. Experience in logistics is welcome but not required; what matters more is that you can explain a process simply. Deliverable: a final document in PDF and an editable source file (Word or Google Docs). To apply, send a short note on how you'd structure the handbook, one or two writing samples, and your fixed price for the whole project
