U.S. Home Health Billing Specialist

**Part-Time U.S. Home Health Medical Billing & ICD-10/OASIS Coding Specialist** We are Viva Life Home Health & Home Care, a Medicare home health agency based in San Antonio, Texas. We are seeking an experienced individual freelancer located in the Philippines or India to assist with U.S. home health medical billing, ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding, and OASIS documentation review. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform accurate ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding for Medicare home health patients. - Review OASIS assessments for accuracy, completeness, and PDGM compliance. - Review Plans of Care (485), physician orders, and clinical documentation. - Prepare and submit Medicare home health NOAs and final claims. - Handle medical billing, claim rejections, denials, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up. - Coordinate documentation corrections with our clinical team. - Maintain coding and billing records in our EMR system. **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of U.S. home health coding and billing experience. - Strong knowledge of Medicare home health billing, ICD-10-CM, OASIS, and PDGM. - Experience with home health EMR systems. - **CareVoyant experience strongly preferred.** - Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and secure handling of patient information. - Excellent English communication skills. **Project Details:** - Location: Remote — Philippines or India preferred. - Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. - Budget: $7–$10 USD/hour, depending on qualifications. - Engagement: Long-term opportunity, beginning with a paid two-week trial. - Individual freelancers only; no agencies. **When Applying
