Industrial IoT Machine Monitoring System

We are looking for an experienced Industrial IoT / Hardware Developer to design and install a machine monitoring system for our manufacturing plant.

Requirements

Install current sensors (CT sensors) on 9 industrial machines to detect ON/OFF status based on electrical current. Automatically record every ON/OFF event with date and timestamp. Calculate daily machine running hours. Display real-time ON/OFF status of all machines. Send machine data to our cloud-hosted database. Provide API integration support for our existing mobile and web applications. Scope of Work: Hardware selection and procurement. Complete hardware installation and configuration. IoT controller and firmware development. Cloud connectivity and API integration. Testing, calibration and commissioning. We already have a software development team managing our existing applications. The freelancer will coordinate with our team for integration. Please share: Recommended hardware architecture.
