We are a pre-launch startup with a solid business plan and are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Business Manager to oversee our automated administrative processes. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a clear path to a full-time position as the business expands.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks for our expanding business. Your primary role will be to manage our automated client onboarding system, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Key Responsibilities - System Management: Your main task is to upload email lists into our system and trigger automated campaigns. -Client Correspondence: Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries that cannot be handled by the automated system. -Document Oversight: Monitor our secure digital storage to ensure that all automated forms are uploaded correctly. -General Administration: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support business growth. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: -Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. -Proficient with digital tools and quick to learn new systems. -Proactive and takes initiative. -Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong understanding of confidentiality. -A passion for our mission is a plus!
