Full-Time Social Media Designer

I’m ready to bring a dedicated designer onto the team who can take complete ownership of our Facebook and Instagram presence. This is a full-time, long-term role where you’ll be working closely with me to plan, design, and deliver engaging visual content that keeps our audience talking and our brand consistent. Day to day you will be translating ideas, campaigns, and raw copy into scroll-stopping images, stories, carousel sets, and the occasional short-form video or reel. You’ll manage the full creative cycle—from mood-boarding and concept sketches through to polished Photoshop/Illustrator (or Canva, if that’s faster) assets—then export in platform-perfect sizes ready for scheduling. To thrive here you should be: • Quick in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiar with current Facebook & Instagram specs • Comfortable proposing fresh concepts while respecting an established style guide • Organised enough to maintain a weekly content calendar and meet tight turnarounds • Open to feedback and able to iterate rapidly when posts need tweaks Deliverables I expect each week: • A visual content plan for the coming week (topics, post types, captions if you enjoy writing) • 20+ finished graphics optimised for both platforms, including layered source files • Two short motion pieces or reels when a campaign calls for extra energy • Clear naming and cloud delivery so everything stays searchable I measure success by on-brand visuals delivered on time, steady engagement growth, and a stress-free workflow for both of us.
