The system bypasses traditional hotel management networks entirely. Your objective is to build an open-protocol central server wrapper that communicates natively with standard 3-phase destination chargers over WebSockets. The system logic maps a relational schema: matching vehicle entries, validating temporary check-in PIN tokens, and coordinating real-time Pay-As-You-Go usage metrics. Crucially, you must build the programmatic backend logic to instantly split processing tariffs via Stripe Connect (routing electricity costs back to the property ledger and convenience premiums directly to our business account).
