Digitise 1500 Mixed Data Forms

I need a person from Pune Maharashtra , India only I need about 1,500 handwritten paper forms in language marathi , english keyed directly into my Google Form. Each form mixes text fields—names, addresses, comments—with numerical items such as dates and ID numbers, and the paper layout follows the same order as the online form, making entry simple once you settle into a rhythm. Accuracy is critical. Spellings, punctuation, and number formats must mirror the source documents; I will carry out spot-checks throughout the project. To keep progress transparent, update a shared spreadsheet each day noting the last form submitted. Deliverables • 1,500 completed Google Form submissions, one per physical form • Daily progress log in the shared spreadsheet • Final summary listing total records and any entries flagged as unclear Acceptance criteria: minimum 99 % transcription accuracy, every question answered, all forms entered by the agreed deadline. If anything on a page is illegible, flag it in the spreadsheet rather than guessing.
