I run a fast-growing online botanical nursery that ships Indian ornamentals, herbs, and native plants nationwide. The store is built, inventory is steady, and logistics are sorted; the missing piece is a razor-sharp social media engine that brings qualified buyers to the checkout page every single day. The immediate goal is to design and execute an end-to-end social media marketing programme—from content strategy through paid promotion—that translates our plant expertise into revenue. Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest already have active pages with modest followings; what I need is a partner who can turn those touchpoints into persuasive storytelling, targeted ads, and measurable sales growth. Key responsibilities • Map out a monthly content calendar that highlights seasonal plants, care tips, and promotions • Produce engaging creatives (reels, carousels, short videos, static posts) aligned with our brand voice • Plan and manage ad campaigns, optimising audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding to maximise ROAS • Track performance in Meta Business Suite (and Google Analytics if helpful) and distil insights into concise weekly reports • Coordinate with my in-house photographer and fulfilment team to capture fresh visuals and customer testimonials • Continuously test headlines, formats, and offers to improve click-through and conversion rates Acceptance criteria 1. A 30-day social media plan submitted and approved before launch 2. Minimum 20% lift in qualified site traffic by the end of month one, verified in Google Analytics 3. Weekly report pack covering reach, engagement, CTR, cost per acquisition, and revenue attributed to campaigns 4.
