If you can walk into a school and show a Principal how to fill more seats, this pays you like almost nothing else in edtech: ₹15,000 on your very first ₹1.5L school, and the rate climbs the more you close in a month. No cap. No ceiling. You get paid on real, collected business. WHAT YOU'RE SELLING EMonitor is a modern, AI-based school ERP built for Indian schools that want to grow, not just keep records. One platform: admissions funnel, fee management, live GPS transport tracking, at-risk-student alerts, a school community wall, AI question-paper & quiz generation, and parent communication — with unlimited users and unlimited branches on every plan. Larger schools add a small per-student charge above 250 students. There's also a percentage-of-fee model for smaller schools — the office tells you which to offer per school; you never have to invent a price. HOW YOU GET PAID — THE SLAB LADDER Your commission is a percentage of what your schools actually pay in a calendar month. The more you collect in one month, the higher the rate — and it applies to your whole month's collection, not just the top slice. This is the accelerator: crossing a slab re-rates everything below it. That's the game — close the next one before the month ends. Earnings are uncapped: keep going and you hit 35%. PAYOUT TERMS • You're paid after the school pays us — on the company's payout days. You earn on real money in the door, so there are no clawbacks and no chargebacks eating your income. • Slab is calculated on each calendar month's collections. • Commission is on the plan value you bring in. School deals close on the 4th call, not the 1st. • You're comfortable being paid for outcomes, not attendance. This is for closers, not clock-watchers. • Own phone, and a two-wheeler / travel for your area.

Earnings figures are illustrations based on the current commission structure and depend on schools you close and collections received. Not a guarantee of income. Note: This is strictly open ONLY to freelancers currently residing in India who have direct experience selling to Indian educational institutions. Do not bid if you are outside India; your proposal will be auto-rejected.
